@expo/ui: Scroll rows and lazy stack content

Scroll rows now fill their available width, including when a row component applies its height and flexible width separately. Recycled ForEach content contributes its height to LazyVStack, so the next horizontal row appears below the column.

All 12 checkpoints in the two complete cases pass against iOS 27 in light and dark. The lazy ForEach and scroll-edge scenes have zero measured content difference at the existing comparison settings. These 24 newly published frame pairs bring the package score from 86% to 88%, across 322 cases.
