native-seam only: the real rollbar-react-native runs from the bundle (Rollbar, Client, Configuration, telemetry, error transforms — all upstream JS). we stub only the RollbarReactNative native module, mirroring src/Client.js native usage exactly: init/setPerson/clearPerson accepted, deviceAttributes() returns "{}" (parsing to the same empty object upstream uses with no native side). per docs/compat-scoring.md crash-reporting rule, delivery is intentionally absent. (replaces a drifted JS stub that fabricated default/Client/Configuration classes)
