native-seam only — the real upstream open() (Platform.OS branch, currentId counter, RNFileViewerDidOpen/DidDismiss listener bookkeeping, normalize() helper) runs from the bundle. sootsim registers the RNFileViewer TurboModule; open() hands the URL to `window.open(..., "_blank")` (the browser routes to QuickLook on macOS, Preview/Adobe on Windows, etc.) and emits DidOpen + DidDismiss with the requested id so upstream's promise + onDismiss resolve correctly.
