native-seam: index.js runs unchanged from the bundle; only RNCConfigModule is ours. `peach open --load-env` reads the project's env file as the iOS build phase does (ENVFILE, .env fallback, the same line pattern and Objective-C string decoding) and getConfig() answers with it; without the flag it answers as a build that found no env file, with an empty config and a console warning
