expo-task-manager

real upstream package — not intercepted. the app's expo-task-manager JS runs over the ExpoTaskManager native module. isAvailableAsync returns false on web per upstream's documented unavailable shape (TaskManager.ts:286), so apps with graceful-degradation paths skip background-task registration correctly. Peach is exactly as capable here as real expo-on-web (full JS surface + the same documented unavailable shape) — the only gaps are background execution primitives no browser has.
