native-seam: upstream JS (RateAppError, openStoreForReview via real RN Linking, getAndroidMarketUrl, market-URL constants, AndroidMarket enum) runs from the bundle; the RateApp TurboModule faithfully mirrors the iOS-simulator SKStoreReviewController contract — requestReview resolves without throwing and the system prompt is a silent no-op (exactly as on a real sim; even on-device the prompt is OS-controlled and rate-limited). same faithful-unavailable tier as react-native-mail / expo-mail-composer.
